Ideal students should have an educational background in fields related to business and/or psychology. A strong interest in organizational human behavior as it relates to overall productivity is important. Looking for students with degree's in fields related to business, psychology, etc. Experience with research, quantitative/qualitative analysis and statistics is always beneficial.
